Overlooking Madison Square Park in lower Manhattan, Avenues has expanded its global headquarters to a new location. To adapt to the shift in programming from a showroom center to a global management headquarters, Avenues saw a need to expand and reconfigure their office space. We guided the clients through programming the space for their needs and designed a solution tailored to them. This renovation and expansion encompassed two floors within an existing building and includes conference rooms, offices, faculty support spaces, a lounge area, and a coffee bar.

The sixteenth floor opens to a generous lounge that gives the firm the flexibility to entertain guests, hold casual meeting, or enjoy lunch with a view. This multi-purpose space has a well-equipped pantry suited for the conference center surrounding it. A new communicating stair connects the sixteenth and seventeenth floors. The upper floor is a continuation of open layout office spaces and large conference rooms that comfortably seat eight to twelve people.
